Maturing and wine-making: after the racking time ( usually on November) the wine was put in oak barrels ( barriques ) where remain for the fining process for 16 months about; then, goes in the bottles and continues to refine in bottle.
Total acidity (expressed in tartaric acid): 5.60 g/l..
Alcohol level: 13% vol.
Color: dark red, with maroon reflexen.
Perfume: powerful, full of flowers, and also
lightly leather.
Tasting soft, velvet, round.
Number of bottles: n.15.000, 75 cl.
